State Bank will never call and ask for personal information such as name, account number, or social security number
because we already have this information. If you receive a phone call
from someone claiming to be the bank or if you receive
an automated phone call asking you to enter your debit
card number or credit card number do not do it. This
is a scam.
Also, we do not use
banners of any kind on our website. For example, if you receive
a banner message or a pop up that says “You are
the 100th person to log in, please click
here to win your prize”, do not click; or if
you are asked to take a random survey do not take
